FCB 80 - Frozen Carbonated Beverage

Take frozen carbonated beverage programs (FCB) to a whole new level using a revolutionary Flavor Burst frozen beverage systems and optional direct injection kit. Once installed, simply select a flavor from the electronic keypad to inject concentrated flavorings throughout the finished product.

Flavor Burst offers two flavor dispensing models: a manual draw valve and an automatic draw valve version.  The automatic draw valve has a push-button mechanism that allows the user to open and close the FCB spout by simply pressing and releasing a red button on the front of the freezer.  This automates a process called "whitecapping", where the carryover between servings is dramatically reduced. 

Choose from several FCB equipment models to enable many popular slush freezers, like the Taylor Model C300 (shown at left) or C355 to serve 8 flavors plus flavor combinations from a single base mix with no additional blending.
